Information pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 "European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data"
The association Albatour, with registered office in Alba Adriatica, Lungomare Marconi, tax code 00912980679, collects, processes, and communicates to third parties the personal data of individuals with whom it has relations (hereinafter referred to as Data Subjects).
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, Albatour, as the Data Controller, is required to provide the Data Subject with certain information regarding the use of personal data and, in some cases, to obtain consent for the processing itself. Albatour ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the above-mentioned regulations, fundamental rights and freedoms, and the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to personal data protection, as well as current laws and confidentiality obligations that guide the company's activity.
1. Purpose of Data Processing
Albatour collects and processes personal data of data subjects for the following purposes:
1.a) to fulfill obligations arising from contractual relationships established with Albatour
2.b) to comply with or enforce compliance with obligations established by community regulations, laws, and regulations, or by supervisory and control authorities or administrative practices;
3.c) for activities related to Albatour's operations, such as sending requested materials.
The legal basis for processing is the contract and the explicit consent provided.
Your data will be processed by our formally appointed employees and collaborators, both internal and external, pursuant to Article 4 of EU Regulation 2016/679, as well as external data processors or structures providing technical, support (particularly legal and IT services), and business control functions.
2. Nature of Data Collection and Consequences of Failure to Provide Data
To establish and execute a relationship with Albatour, the collection of certain personal data is mandatory in order to comply with legal and tax obligations. Refusing to provide such data will make it impossible to establish a relationship with the company.

4. Special Categories of Data (formerly “sensitive” data)
The collection, processing, and communication of special categories of data may be carried out by Albatour in the context of the activities outlined in Point 1, provided the Data Subject has given their consent.
5. Methods of Processing
Albatour processes the personal data of data subjects lawfully, fairly, and in a manner that ensures confidentiality and security. Processing is carried out using manual, computer, and electronic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the stated purposes.
Data will be processed in paper, digital, and electronic formats and stored in appropriate databases accessible to the appointed data handlers. Processing may also be carried out by third parties providing specific processing, administrative, or instrumental services required to achieve the above purposes.
The data provided will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 10 years where necessary for compliance related to provided services.
6. Rights of the Data Subject (Articles 15–22 of EU Regulation 2016/679)
Data subjects have the rights outlined in Article 7 of the Privacy Code regarding the processing of personal data.
Art. 15 - Right of Access
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, and, if so, access to the personal data and related information.
Art. 16 - Right to Rectification
The data subject has the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay and, taking into account the purposes of processing, the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement.
Art. 17 - Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
The data subject has the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the data controller has the obligation to erase such data without undue delay.
Art. 18 - Right to Restriction of Processing
The data subject has the right to obtain the restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
1.a) the data subject contests the accuracy of the data;
2.b) the processing is unlawful, but the data subject opposes erasure;
3.c) the controller no longer needs the data, but the data subject needs it for legal claims;
4.d) the data subject has objected to processing pending verification of legitimate grounds.
Art. 20 - Right to Data Portability
The data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance. They also have the right to request direct transmission from one controller to another where technically feasible.
Art. 21 - Right to Object
The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
Art. 22 - Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects them.
